Ammendments of Annex II of REACH

NEW Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/878 of 18 June 2020 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) № 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) - introduces requirements for the inclusion of certain information in the safety data sheets in relation to Regulation (EU) 2018/1881 for nanoforms of substances and Annex VIII to Regulation (EC) № 1272/2008 (CLP). It shall apply from 1 January 2021. By way of derogation, safety data sheets which do not comply with the Annex to this Regulation may continue to be made available until 31 December 2022.
