BULGARIAN SUCCESS STORIES IN RENEWABLE ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES WERE PRESENTED AT OUR PAVILION AT COP28
The globalization of the renewable energy sector through the prism of a group of leading Bulgarian companies was discussed at the Bulgarian pavilion at COP28 in Dubai within the panel "Bulgarian Leadership in the Global Renewable Energy Business". The event was hosted by the Ministry of Environment and Water.
"The export of Bulgarian companies working in the field of renewables is a very interesting phenomenon. Especially in the photovoltaic sector, but also in other sectors. This highlights, first of all - the globalization of this business, and secondly - the opportunities that Bulgaria offers," pointed out the Minister of Environment and Water, Yuliyan Popov, pointed out at the opening of the discussion.
Bulgarian industry for renewable energy development operates worldwide. Dozens of companies are designing and building medium and large-scale renewable energy projects in Europe, Asia, Africa, and America.
Success stories of Bulgarian companies were presented by Dimitar Enchev from Postscriptum Ventures, Nikola Gazdov, Chairman of the Association for Production, Storage and Trade of Electricity, and Stoyan Turlakov, Member of the Board of Directors of Solarpro Holding.
