New, Today 15.11.2024 - Response of the Ministry of Environment and Water of the Republic of Bulgaria - by letter No. 04-00-949-36 dated 15.11.2024, The Minister of Environment and Water expressed his opinion on the EIA submitted on 14.10.2024 in connection with the transboundary procedure under the EIA Convention for the project „Construction of a waste to energy plant at the cadastral parcels 1420/1, 1420/4, 1491/1, 1541/1, 1541/2, 1552, 5824/1, 6513/1, 6513/2 on the cadastral map of the town of Prahovo, municipality of Negotin and construction by phases of a non-hazardous waste landfill Elixir Prahovo at the cadastral parcels 2300/1, 1491/1 and 1541/1 - Prahovo, municipality of Negotin“

 

New, Today 14.10.2024, The Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Serbia provides public access to the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report received by letter of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Serbia no. No. 002500932 2024, with the contracting entity "Economic Company for Mechanical, Electrical and Construction Works Elixir Kraft DOO Shabac", pursuant to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context (ESPOO Convention) for the project for "Construction of waste-to-energy plant in plots 1420/1, 1420/4, 1491/1, 1541/1, 1541/2, 1552, 5824/1, 6513/1, 6513/2 on the cadastral map of the town of Shabac" Prahovo, Negotin municipality and the phased construction of a non-hazardous waste landfill "Elixir Prahovo" in cadastral parcels number 2300/1, 1491/1 and 1541/1 - Prahovo, Negotin municipality", (in English and BAT compliance in Bulgarian).

The public hearing on the EIA report for the project will take place on 15 November 2024, in the municipality of Negotin, Serbia.
