Today, 06.08.2024, on the basis of Article 35, item 1, letter "b" of the Regulation on the conditions and procedure for carrying out environmental assessment of plans and programmes and in accordance with the provisions of the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context, the Ministry of Environment and Water provides public access to notification and documentation in relation to the ongoing Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) procedure in the Republic of Serbia for the Energy Development Strategy of the Republic of Serbia
