Victor Atanasov – MOEW deputy minister
Viktor Atanasov was born in 1978 in the city of Plovdiv. He holds a Master's degree in management from the University of National and World Economy, as well as from City University of Seattle, Washington.
His professional career began in the public administration, in the Tax Policy Division of the Ministry of Finance.
He has extensive management experience in the private sector where he has held a number of management positions.
He has provided consultant services in the field of project management.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
In carrying out his duties, he adheres to the principle of economic development combined with preservation of the social and environmental balance.
