Strategic Environmental Assessment procedure for Water Management Strategy of the territory of the Republic of Serbia

Notification by the Ministry of Agricuture and Environment Protection of Republic of Serbia

Pursuant to Art. 35, p.1, “b” of the Regulation on the conditions and procedures for environmental assessment of plans and programmes and according to the Protocol on Strategic Environmental Assessment to the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context, the Ministry of Environment and Water

A N N O U N C E S /14.07.2015/

In connection with the current SEA procedure for Water management Strategy of the territory of the Republic of Serbia, the Ministry of Agricuture and Environment Protection of Republic of Serbia has submited to MoEW of Bulgaria (by letter) notification with summary of the strategy.

The MoEW shall prepare answer within 30-days from receiving of notification.

MoEW of Bulgaria has informed by letter the Ministry of of Agricuture and Environment Protection of Republic of Serbia that Republic of Bulgaria expresses the willingness to participate in the SEA procedure. /25.08.2015/

In connection with the documentation for SEA and Draft Strategy submitted by letter from the Ministry of Agricuture and Environment Protection of Republic of Serbia

A N N O U N C E S /18.12.2015 /

There is 30 days public access provided on 18.12.2015, to:

  • Strategic Environmental Assessment Report with summary (in English/ in Bulgarian)
  • Draft of the Strategy (in English)

Access to the documentation is provided in the building of Ministry of Environment and Water, “W. Gladston” 67 Street, 4th floor, room 409.

Received written comments up to 17.01.2016 will be sent promptly to the Ministry of Agricuture and Environment Protection of Republic of Serbia to comply.

By letter of MoEW is expressed a statement to the Serbian side for the results of consultations on the SEA and Strategy documentation. /26.01.2016/
